b) Personal data through Forus Takso payment card ordering form \u2014 we collect personal data (name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, personal identification code) you have entered when you attempt to order a Forus Takso card and provide us with the necessary personal data for this purpose.<\/p>

How do we use the data you provide?<\/h2>

We use the personal data you have entered and provided to us only to contact you and\/or draw up and enter into a service contract.<\/p>

Forus Takso does not transfer, sell or disclose your data to third parties.<\/p>

Retention of personal data<\/h2>

Personal data provided by you to Forus Takso are retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of purposes specified in this privacy policy.
